Our childrens program provides information about the beliefs and practices of all the worlds major religions: Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, Traditional, Hindu and Islamic.
We provide encouragement towards an understanding of other cultures and a feeling of being a world citizen.
We learn about the Bible, the Torah, the Koran; and that the inspiration of the divine is to be found in many books.
We teach about ethical living, responsibility, nonviolent conflict resolution, respect, democratic values, ecological friendliness, honesty and integrity, healthfulness, charity and community service.
Enrollment is limited. Classes are held every Sunday from 10:45 A.M. to 11:45 A.M.
Children and Youth Religious Exploration Develops Mission Statement
The Children and Youth RE Committee, which meets the Second Sunday of every month after Church, has agreed upon the following Mission Statement: Provide the youth insight and experience with an array of the worlds religions so that they can grow their own spirituality and develop a lifelong commitment to the principles of Unitarian Universalism.

What I need from our wonderfully generous friends at the UU are cultural items for display and also cultural ideas to bring our program to life. Please give me a call to discuss ideas or drop off items at my office downstairs. I really appreciate you!
